This is a single player mission, not co-op. It is too graphicly intense for online play. I would suggest you have a pentium 2 and a rather good video card to play it. Dont worry, this is alot of fun by yourself. It is the third mission in a campaign i am creating that takes place in Vietnam. You are a member of the military's best kept secret during the Vietnam War. You are SOG. Code named the Studies and Observations Group (no, i didnt make it up), it's real task was performing high risk recon and assault missions deep in the jungle of Vietnam. SOG was made up of the best Navy SEALs, U.S. Army Green Berets, and Marine Force Recon.
1800 hours: We have received word the basecamp was completely destroyed with minimal casualties. Congratulations. Unfortunaetly there is no time to celebrate. You and your remaining men need to get a move on. Our Ambush Point is 15 miles south of your postion. There are fresh Ranger and SOG troops being paradropped to the Ambush Point at this moment. The last contact experienced with the convoy was at 0900 hours this morning, when an Army LRRP patrol reported it to be 40 miles southeast. There is no telling when they will arrive at the Ambush Point, so speed is of the utmost importance. The men on the front line will use their M-79 grenade launchers to take out the first vehicle(s). Watch for any NVA who try to escape.
** Land mines have been placed on the path. When the convoy reaches a certain area trigger, they will be detonated. This is a simulation of your guys using their M-79s.
